Raj TV Network had hosted a special ceremony of felicitation for renowned playback singer SP Balasubramaniam for gaining the honor of Padma Bhushan. The event saw coming together of actors Kamal Haasan, Parthiban, Malaysia Vasudevan, Vivek, MS Viswanathan, TMS and many others.
SP Balasubramaniam thanked Government for having considered him for the ‘Padma Bhushan’ award. He mentioned that although there were many seniors in the music field, he is so fortunate for having got this honor.
Mano, Chitra and many playback singers crooned the evergreen numbers of SP Balasubramaniam. When Kamal Haasan was there to express his words of appreciation, his eyes were filled with joyful tears as he shares a wonderful brother-like affection.
